IT SUPPORT ENGINEER & DBA

Provide technical support and troubleshooting of computer and technology systems. This position is responsible for system maintenance and upgrades, software and hardware testing, and user support.

• University degree o equivalent in IT Engineering, Systems Administration.
• 3 years experience in IT supporting systems, ERP DBA and helpdesk.
• Automotive industry.

• Support to users, in troubleshooting, configurations and upgrades of software and hardware
• Contribute and support in projects related to networks, servers and/or workstations.
• Provide preventive/corrective maintenance of systems and equipment such as desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, access points, etc.
• Supervise, implementation and follow up of IT security protocols.
• Verify that the systems and programs are being applied according to the functions and needs of the users.
• Document and follow-up according to company standards in processes and procedures.
• Inventory and state of use management of equipment and services.
• Microsoft 365, Windows 10, 11
•  Administrate and support ERP system.
• Helpdesk support to users.
