This is a remote position, based in Mexico.


We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced professional to join our team as a HubSpot CRM Developer/Administrator. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in configuring, maintaining, and optimizing our HubSpot CRM system to support our sales and marketing processes. This position requires a deep understanding of HubSpot CRM functionalities, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.


As our HubSpot Developer/Administrator, you'll be the architect behind one of our key technologies. You'll develop, fine-tune, and integrate HubSpot tools seamlessly. You'll collaborate with various stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, and Operations, driving efficiency in our CRM solution.


A HubSpot administrator's job duties include: 

  • Collaborate directly with teams in marketing, sales, customer success and customer support, gathering requirements and implementing solutions.
  • Configure and customize the HubSpot CRM system to align with our sales, marketing, and IT workflows.
  • Implement and manage custom fields, workflows, and automation processes to enhance system efficiency
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for CRM-related inquiries and support requests.
  • Integrate HubSpot CRM with other business systems and tools to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Oversee data integrity and cleanliness within the CRM system.
  • Import, export, and update data as needed, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Implement data hygiene best practices to maintain high-quality data.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable analytics.
  • Modifying views, properties, workflows, and more
  • Building and managing dashboards, layouts, and other configurable parts of the interface
  • Building and managing process automation
  • Operate, design, and continuously improve HubSpot capabilities, working with key stakeholders to prioritize and build consensus around processes and outcomes.
  • Manage user access control and cleanup of obsolete data, supporting internal tracking systems.

 

Qualifications: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Proficient skills in written and spoken English. Able to communicate fluently in English with stakeholders and upper management.
  • HubSpot CRM Certification
  • Proven experience as a HubSpot CRM Developer/Administrator
  • Hands on experience with HubSpot Sales Hub, Ops Hub, and Marketing Hub
  • Experience with integrating 3rd party applications into HubSpot (i.e. CPQ, Lead capture/sales intelligence platforms, support ticketing systems, etc.)
  • In-depth knowledge of HubSpot CRM functionalities, including configuration, customization, and automation.
  • Knowledge of CRM best practices and industry trends.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing processes and how they relate to CRM functionality.
  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • Effective communication skills and the ability to work in a pivotal role bridging multiple departments.
