What this job entails: Provide Facility Management oversight for the client. Provide managerial oversight to a Team of Facility Coordinators and Receptionists across the Mexican Country portfolio of small to medium size offices. Manage contractors and vendors in client location to perform necessary services to maintain facilities and meet client expectations. Support the Account Director in the development of operational and capital budgets for assigned properties. Develop an amazing relationship to the local Client point of contact. Interact to other Team members in LATAM and have leadership behavior.

We are looking for a dynamic person for the position of Facility Manager to join our team:

* Work area: Avenida Aviación, San Juan de Ocotan, Zapopan, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico

* Work hours: Monday to Thursday from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm

* Work modality: In-person

* Type of contract: Specific work


What is your day to day?

  • Work with LATAM Account Directorto oversee the delivery of maintenance and repair services.
  • Ensure client satisfaction with delivery of Facility Management services and provide a lead role in monitoring and increasing customer satisfaction. 
  • Interface with occupants of selected properties.
  • Support the Account Manager in the implementation of short and long-term projects for the client. 
  • Assist in the development and implementation of the annual management plan; accomplish key performance indicators as identified by the Account Manager.
  • Oversee the appropriate monthly/quarterly/annual reporting appropriate for the client. 
  • Maximize utilization of suppliers, preferred vendors/contractors and the level of spending with Minority/Women owned Business Enterprises (M/WBE).
  • Insure compliance with minimum audit standards. 
  • Assist in the development and management of the detailed, zero-based annual operating budgets for each building in your territory. 
  • Develop monthly/quarterly variance reporting on all operating budgets for each property on a timely basis.
  • Coordinate discussions with selected vendors or suppliers regarding goal setting, performance criteria, and performance review.
  • Manage the maintenance of existing contracts.
  • Source local services and goods needed to perform day to day operations through 3rd party suppliers. This includes writing contract, obtaining necessary vendor set up forms and reviewing certificate of insurance for compliance.
  • Collaborate with account Sourcing team on national and regional sourcing opportunities to define scope, coordinate supplier walk-through, and manage national and regional supplier performance at property level.


Desired experience and technical skills

  • +3 years of experience in coordination of Facility management tasks.
  • Experience in managing suppliers and personnel
  • Technical knowledge
  • Knowledge and experience in costumer experience
  • Advanced English level (written and oral)
