As a Sea Executive you will be responsible to generate and deliver a 24/7 customer service experience that exceeds expectations, always in compliance with the internal administrative responsibilities, towards the achievement of the profit goals and objectives of the department, living our company´s values, promoting a healthy and respectful work environment, leading to a strong teamwork performance.

Preferred qualifications

• 2 to 3 year min experience in SEA (internal / external)
• Customer Service
• English 80%
• FCL + LCL shipments from/to Mexico/Worldwide and Point to Point
• Intermodal, All Truck, Rail + Truck, Liner and Non-Liner Service
• Customes Clearence (impo / expo)
• General Cargo
• Identifiy main Shipping Lines Co. + NVOCC Agents
• Being familiar with Overseas Agents Business Interaction
• Identidy dry and specialized container types and capacities
• Documentation: MBL + HBL + EUR1 + Guarantee Letters + EIR + MSDS
• Booking + Shipping and Vessel Schedules + Manifest / Transmissions
• Incoterms
• Claim Process
• Degree in International Business, Logistics or related field.
• Willingness to keep learning
• Microsoft Office

Key Responsabilities:

• Active participation in the achievement of the targets and objectives of the department (Profit and Customer Service Experience)
• Participate in the Interaction with international Agents, promoting and strengthening good business relationships
• Follow and execute the internal-administrative processes according to the manual, forms, and stipulated guidelines.
• Perform high quality standards in customer service experience (WOW effect)
