Sales Specialist!

Sales Specialist will be responsible for sustaining and growing business between Racing cargo and our customer and potential customers, so they need to have a comprehending for their requirements and needs in logistics, additionally provide support to sales representatives, and respond to customer and potential Customer.

The goal will also be to serve as the link of communication between customers/ potential Customers and internal teams and perform all the administrative tasks to ensure that the shipments are processed in a timely manner and subsequently follow up with the team to achieve Customer satisfaction.

In Racing cargo, we believe that customer interactions are a chance to create a relationship with customers and earn their loyalty, so in occasions, Key Account executive might be called upon to help to coordinate an urgent shipment and travel to meet on-site with clients, it will be key to develop and maintaining a successful business.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Degree in International Business, Logistics or related field.
• Analytical skills
• Writting skills
• Technical skills

Key Responsabilities:

• Billing reports and order tracking.
• Increasing the interactions with active and potential customers by continuously suggesting solutions that meet their objectives and produce repeat business and generating new business.
• Propose new products to clients and sell additional services such as upselling and cross selling.
• Collaborate with Colleagues to create and process all shipments in a timely manner, administering requests for rush shipments, subsequently provide sales data to grow the business.
• Respond to customer requests, make quotes and follow up with customers on the status of their order.
• Sense of urgency and pressure for feedback
