YOUR ROLE You will design and/or oversee changes and improvement projects for Henkel's SAP ERP system, focusing on the organization's Finance teams; Provide advice, consulting, support and solutions to internal business processes or relevant functions; Implement and use system modules and configurations together with other IT consultants, programmers and subject matter experts; Serve as a liaison at the LATAM level to promote and exchange relevant information for the proper functioning of the daily activities of the position; Lead and guide meetings, aligning schedules, scope, deliverables and results with local and global key users and process specialists. Participate in the monthly, quarterly and annual financial closing process with the Henkel team to promote process/system improvements and be a support point. YOUR SKILLS Completed university degree in areas related to IT and/or Finance; Availability for hybrid work in the Interlomas office Advanced oral and written proficiency in English; 5 or more years of experience and knowledge as a SAP FI consultant; Knowledge of the ABAP programming language is a plus; Ability to perform complex systems analysis and draw conclusions relating information from different sources; Good relationships with different areas to promote innovative solutions for the business.
