Must-Have Skills

• Minimum 5 years of experience with ION Trading Systems
• Strong domain knowledge in Fixed Income, Derivatives, Repos, FX
• Deep understanding of ION architecture, components, and integration patterns
• Solid grasp of trade lifecycle, market data, risk, and compliance
• Excellent analytical skills for debugging and resolving production issues

What You'll Do

• Provide daily operational support for ION and its associated infrastructure
• Troubleshoot trade flow, pricing, and data issues in a fast-paced trading environment
• Identify inefficiencies and propose process improvements using ION toolset
• Prioritize and manage multiple concurrent issues with critical impact
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements across systems and workflows
