Job description: Zoho is seeking a Sales Administrator to support the sales team and ensure efficient sales operations. Responsibilities include maintaining sales records, preparing reports, providing administrative support, handling customer complaints, and monitoring sales performance. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is proficient in sales administration and CRM systems. The goal is to enable the sales team to focus more on selling by reducing their administrative workload.
Qualifications:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Administrator
- Hands on expertise with CRM software
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Strong listening skills followed by good presentation skills
- A team player with a high level of dedication
- Ability to work under a strict deadline
- Wants to grow quickly into other sales roles
Responsibilities
- Provide top customer service, including handling customer inquiries and solving issues.
- Coordinate and handle all sales related activities.
- Process sales orders and ensuring they are fulfilled effectively
- Collaborate with the Sales Team to develop effective strategies
- Create and update sales reports for the sales team and management
- Communicate important feedback from customers internally
- Support the sales team with planning and managing logistics
- Stay up to date with new products and features
Compensation/Benefit
- A monthly salary based on experience. It will change based on performance and when a direct contract with biweekly pay has been offered

Job Type:Full-time Multiple Shifts: 7 to 4pm / 8 to 5pm / 9 to 6pm
