Job Description:
- Report critical delivery risks to the Sales Manager
- New projects and/or jobs with modifications
- Follow up on the project at all stages
- Coordinate artwork between the GPI design area and prepress suppliers
- Obtain customer approvals in coordination with quality, planning, costs, purchasing, and structural design
- Obtain and follow up on information from clients
- Follow up on manufacturing with the respective areas of design, planning, and purchasing
- Request quotes and provide the corresponding information for each project in a timely manner
- Ensure testing and approvals with quality
- Support CS and quality in case of receiving customer complaints or rejections escalated due to the magnitude of the problem and follow up until resolution
- Conduct customer voice surveys
- Respond to customers promptly, ensuring their satisfaction
- Comply with requirements when needed by requesting the corresponding GPI area and sending product safety requirements (BPMs, Prerequisites/HACCP, and SQF) to the customer
- Generate the sales plan for the following year
- Negotiate prices
- Conduct frequent client visits
- Get involved and support CS in constant and/or significant variations in customer demand
- Cascade relevant client information to the appropriate GPI channels
- Validate prices and costs charged by CS
- Update sales forecast
- Lead the process of entering new project information, both internally and with the client
- Lead the process of implementing/launching new products in plants
- Report periodically on the status of new opportunities (funnel)
- Send samples of new products to clients
