RSB Living is a property management and hospitality company specializing in short-term and mid-term rentals. We offer accommodations in primarily luxury single-family homes to guests coming into Texas for various reasons like vacationing, working, medical treatments, etc. Many of these properties have constant turnover, similar to the way hotel rooms have in a hotel. This is why our operations at many times resemble more that of a hotel than a property management company.
Front Desk & Admin Support Associate Job Description:
The role of Front Desk & Admin Support Associate is an entry or starter level position at RSB Living. The role is in charge of performing many of the same duties and responsibilities regularly associated to that of a hotel's front desk for the luxury short and mid-term rental homes under our management. The job is performed on-site at our Mexico City offices in Lomas de Chapultepec III really close to where the Sanborns in Palmas is located.
Detailed Descriptions Of Duties and Responsibilities
Communications:
- Handling All Guest, Cleaning Staff and Maintenance Staff Communications (Guesty, Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, Vonage, etc.)
- Handling All Communications Received Through Vonage.
- Communicating with utility service providers to report and solve problems (internet, gas, electric, water, etc.).
- Communicating with general maintenance personnel to coordinate, program and follow up any maintenance issues reported to us by anyone. (landscapers, electricians, pool maintenance, etc.).
Reservations Management
- Managing manual reservations.
- Following up with payments.
- Collaborating in collecting additional information needed for chargeback prevention
- Gathering, providing and uploading information and evidence for Airbnb-related issues and damages.
Listing and Property Management
- Collaborating in keeping all the informations in the home listings updated with a constant emphasis on improvement.
- Review of listings to verify that all the information is correct
- Responding and disputing the removal of retaliatory reviews from our different distribution channels (Airbnb, VRBO, Booking, etc.)
- Collaborate in the creation and revision of new listings in all of our distribution channels.
- Keeping the listing photos organized in our files and in the order that they're in the listing.
- Handling the reception and making of money requests through Airbnb.
- Collaborating in the registration, control and follow-up of maintenances issues.
- Collaborating in following up supply needs
Utilities and Service Management
- Accessing, modifying and troubleshooting utility services and accounts. (Internet, gas, electric, water, etc.).
- Keeping All the Utilities Access Information Updated
- Handling and Reporting any city-related issues such as trash bins, fines and citations.
- Management and troubleshooting of Smartlocks, ACs and security cameras.
Additional Activities
- Uploading extra expenses and revenue to the owners portal
Qualifications:
- Female/Male
- Advanced English Skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiar with having a pending agenda
- Knowledge of Google Workspace, Microsoft Windows & Office
- Ability to handle stressful situations and manage multiple tasks.
- Knowledge of online booking systems and platforms.
- Tech-Savvy
- Solid Written and Verbal Communication Skills
- Sales Conscious
- With a desire to grow personally and professionally.
Compensation:
We offer an initial competitive net salary of $13,000 during the 2 to 3-month training which increases to $15,000 pesos per month once we sign the year-long contract, commensurate with experience. Additionally, we offer all the benefits by law and bonuses. Bonuses are given based on quality and productivity in the closing and payment processing of reservations.
Schedule:
This is a full-time position requiring up to 48 hours per week, five to six times per week.
