IT Administrator.

Manufacturing company is looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-4 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, including networks and servers..
• Experience with different software and hardware management.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Experience dealing with suppliers and clients.
• Ability to travel.
• Ability to work in Salinas Victoria, MX
• Strong Problem Solving skills
• Excellent customer Service
• Negotiation Skills

Main duties:

• Oversee and support the IT environment to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are achieved and issues are appropriately escalated.

• Implement new systems and perform upgrades to existing infrastructure.

• Carry out project-related tasks to support the timely delivery of departmental initiatives.

• Contribute to the design and integration of IT architecture within the current infrastructure.

• Coordinate tactical goals with other IT teams to ensure alignment across departments.

• Maintain an understanding of how tactical initiatives and projects align with the departmental budget.

• Travel Requirement:

Approximately 25% travel; typically one week per month.
