Position: IT Support Specialist

We are hiring a remote Helpdesk Specialist to support our Aras Innovator Platform. Responsibilities include reviewing problem reports, understanding the problem as it relates to system, configuration, or process issues, guiding customers through problem-solving steps and providing training when necessary, and ensuring follow-up. Onboarding will be provided during the initial months to provide familiarity with DENSO's specific modules and processes. Candidates should have 0-2 years of relevant experience, proficiency in MS Office, excellent problem-solving skills, and strong English communication abilities.
Profile
· Bachelor's degree in IT, Systems or related.
· Fluent English. (Required)
· 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.
· Office 365 (Mandatory Excel Domain)
· Strong verbal and written communication skills.
· Experience working as an IT help desk technician or in a similar customer support role.
· VISA and Passport is required.
Responsibilities
· Respond to tech inquiries via helpdesk platform, email, chat, or over the phone.
· Walk customers step-by-step through the problem-solving process
· Help with escalating hardware and software issues to the appropriate team to ensure a satisfactory solution has been reached.
· Follow up with customers to ensure satisfactory service
· Communicate customer feedback to the appropriate internal team members
