Zego is a high-growth property technology company seeking a technical Quality Engineering Manager to lead our software quality assurance functions. This role involves developing and implementing testing programs, both manual and automated, to ensure all systems meet organizational standards and end-user requirements. The Quality Engineering Manager will oversee the development and execution of test plans, manage the change control process, and ensure smooth platform releases through effective collaboration and compliance.
What You'll Do Here:
Lead the manual testing effort for the Payments mobile and web apps.
As a Quality Engineering Manager, your extensive experience in software quality assurance sets the foundation for your role. You have a deep understanding of quality control processes across various platforms, including mobile and web applications, and are proficient in orchestrating automated regression tests. Your expertise extends to both black box and grey box testing techniques, ensuring a thorough validation of product functionalities.
Your ability to navigate and implement diverse QA methodologies demonstrates your capacity for strategic planning and execution in complex testing environments. Your analytical skills are exceptional, enabling you to perform detailed dependency analyses and solve problems efficiently. This skill set is complemented by your meticulous attention to detail and a strong sense of how products resonate from a customer's perspective.
Leadership is one of your core strengths; you have a proven track record of guiding project teams and leading quality-related activities successfully. Your innovative approach drives continual improvements in design and processes, showcasing your ability to integrate cutting-edge industry trends into practical QA applications.
