As a QA Tester Jr (Digital Quality Analyst), you will be responsible for executing and defining digital solutions implemented in customer services, as well as ensuring the quality of those solutions, with the goal of delivering reliable digital products aligned with user expectations and business objectives.

What are we looking for?

• Degree in Systems Engineering, Marketing, or a related field
• 1 year of experience as a developer or in Business Intelligence (BI)
• Advanced English
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• SQL (preferred)

What will your responsibilities be?

• Execute and define digital solutions implemented in customer services
• Create and manage scenarios for digital solutions
• Identify and resolve issues affecting customer experience and sales in digital channels
• Set up test data environments
• Document bugs and submit support tickets
