We are looking for a Senior Machine Learning & AI Engineer to lead the development and deployment of advanced models that solve complex business problems. You will work with large datasets, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure that models are production-ready, scalable, and efficient.

? Key Responsibilities

• Strategically manage large-scale AI/ML projects aligned with company goals.
• Design, develop, and deploy machine learning models to address complex challenges.
• Mentor and support team members to promote professional growth.
• Collaborate with data scientists and software engineers to integrate models into applications.
• Analyze extensive datasets to extract insights and improve model performance.
• Ensure the scalability, efficiency, and robustness of models using Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Communicate technical concepts and findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
