Descripción
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Salesforce Support Analyst to join our Specialty Tech Support team. In this role, you will be the first line of support for Salesforce users, ensuring seamless user experience through expert troubleshooting, high-quality service, and smart issue resolution.
Requirements
· 3–5 years of experience in Salesforce support, administration, or a related technical role.
· Salesforce Administrator Certification (required)
· Experience with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, Jira)
· Advanced English | Basic Spanish
· Strong problem-solving and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication, attention to detail, and customer service orientation
· Proficient with Windows and basic troubleshooting tools
· Ability to work under pressure and adapt to change
Responsibilities
1. Technical Support & Ticketing: Act as the first point of contact for Salesforce-related issues via ServiceNow tickets and phone support.
2. Troubleshooting & Escalation: Resolve complex issues before escalating to data stewards or technical teams.
3. Reports & Dashboards: Build reports and dashboards aligned with Salesforce best practices and internal access protocols.
4. Account Management: Assist with new account approvals, change requests, and data validation to prevent sync issues.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with producers, the IT department, and other internal stakeholders to deliver white-glove support.
