About the role :

As a member of our Services team, your primary focus will be providing technical assistance to our customers in LATAM and, when needed, driving knowledge to them via training and demos.

Your curiosity and determination will lead you to attempt to reproduce customer issues in different environments, including other operating systems (Linux or Windows) or even different versions of Broadsign products.

What you need to perform in this job:

• Excellent communication skills in English (+ spanish)
• Experience with troubleshooting, doing log analysis is crucial
• Experience in application support with external clients (you get excited by the idea of resolving a customer's issue)
• Experience with Databases/ SQL ( you can perform simple queries, etc)
• Strong organizational skills/problem-solving skills; you can manage multiple tasks and perform well under pressure
• A degree in computer science (or something similar!)
• Additionally, if you have any experience with debugging tools, programming skills, and/or scripting languages (Batch, Shell, etc.), we want to talk to you!
• You're okay to travel 10% of the time to meet clients, for conferences, or to attend training sessions
