Job Summary:
Provide first line technical support through client's ticketing system, focusing on troubleshoorting and assisting customers.
Key responsibilities:
Respond to customer support tickets through client's platforms.
Troubleshoot basic issues related to software platforms and user communication.
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate or resolve technical problems.
Maintain clear and accurate documentation for each supported case.
Education:
Currently persuing or completed a degree in science, technology or engineering.
Technical requirements:
Minimum 6 months linux proven experience.
Technical skills:
English (Conversational)
Mandarin (Conversational)
Spanish (Fluent)
