About the role
We're looking for a Senior Analyst to join the Improvado Team. It's an interesting role between a Business Analyst and Data Analyst with a focus on researching different marketing APIs, writing technical reqs, and working with ETL/ELT pipelines.
Responsibilities:
- Deep diving into the customer's business, their marketing tools, data structure, DWHs, etc
- Researching and testing 3rd-party marketing APIs
- Custom cases Implementation (SQL)
- Being an expert in terms of building ETL/ELT pipelines behind Improvado's customers
- Learning the Improvado product and contributing to its improvement
- Routine tasks automation and optimization
- Requirements gathering and writing specs for new data integrations
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience working as an Integration Specialist, API Analyst, Data Analyst, Web Analyst, Business Analyst, QA Engineer, Technical Support Engineer (L2+), or similar roles requiring knowledge of API/Postman/Swagger/SoapUI
- Good SQL skills (you can write JOINs; bonus points if you're familiar with window functions, VIEW, regular expressions, etc.)
- Experience in working with 3rd-party APIs (REST/SOAP): querying, testing, documenting, etc.
- Good English
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of Marketing Analytics
- You have worked in a consulting-like organization or digital marketing agency
- Excellent knowledge of ETL/ELT Concepts
- Python coding/reading skills
- Ability to write queries through Postman/SoapUI/Swagger
