We're seeking a motivated and talented Data Analyst to join our Data Engineering Team remotely. You'll provide teammates with meaningful dashboards that enable data-informed business decision-making. You'll also develop a deep understanding of product and business systems, setting you up for a long-lasting, successful career with us.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO WIN

• 10+ years of experience working with data. 
• Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and draw meaningful conclusions
• Excellent communication skills due to extensive interaction with end users, business management, and other support and service areas.
• Experience managing Business requirements and developing technical requirements to align data to business decisions.
• Ability to handle customers effectively, balance multiple priorities, and the flexibility to adapt to change.
• Data and SQL fluency, including a working knowledge of databases and data theory.
• Expertise in BI/Visualization tools - Tableau, Snowflake, PowerBI, etc.
• Experience with programming languages (Python, R, etc).
• Experience working in an Agile sprint process.
• Advanced English level.
