AB Initio Developer Hybrid Work – CDMX (Benito Juárez) and Guadalajara

Position Overview:

We are seeking AB Initio Developers with strong ETL development experience to join a long-term project. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and highly skilled in data engineering and development best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day ETL design and development.
• Hands-on development of ingestion and data load processes into databases.
• Conduct code reviews and uphold high technical standards.
• Work in Agile environments with continuous flow processing.
• Optimize ETL process performance.
• Write and debug medium to complex SQL queries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years' experience as an AB Initio Developer.
• Strong proficiency in:
• Ab Initio Co>Operating System
• Ab Initio Graphical Development Interface
• Unix Shell Scripting
• Advanced SQL
• Databases such as Teradata or Oracle
• Advanced English (minimum B2 level).
• Experience in Agile projects.
• Strong soft skills: proactive, team-oriented, empathetic, responsible, and committed.

Salary:

• $30,000 MXN to $50,000 MXN gross for 3–5 years of experience
• $50,000 MXN to $70,000 MXN gross for 6–8 years of experience

Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM

Hybrid position based in CDMX (Benito Juárez) or Guadalajara
