Agile Delivery Management
Role Purpose.
The Agile Delivery Manager job supports the MX&LAM Agile Ways of Working Lead to embed agile practices as per the HBMX Enterprise playbook and provides support to the various teams in adpting ways for working as established in the Change Framework.
Main activities:
• Facilitating the team to self-organise; enabling continuous improvement of change and run activities, aligned to the product roadmap and customer expectations
• Responsible for the coaching and leadership responsibilities that enable Agile delivery, including facilitating team meetings such as retrospectives, reviews and planning events
• Promote a cultural mind-shift to including change adoption as a key success factor in achieving sustainable business outcomes.
• Influence and manage stakeholders and sponsor relationships in leading the change and achieving the benefits
• Identify opportunities for early realisation of benefits
• Ensure mechanisms are in place for capturing and sharing lessons learnt and encourage re-use of successful change adoption tools and methods.
• Lead definition of staffing, responsibilities and schedules for PI Planning logistic purpoes
• Establish effective controls and procedures to embed ways fo working
• Manage relationships with external suppliers
• Drive the adoption of HSBC standards and work in alignment with HSBC methodology at all times

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, written and verbal.
- The position requires expert team building skills to create and sustain highly motivated groups within diverse and multi-functional reporting units that are most often not within the candidate's direct supervision.
- Ability to learn quickly and assimilate learned information into recommendations and strategies quickly.
- Project management skills and experience, including examples of the delivery of on time and on budget - a driver with bias towards delivery at pace and controlling project outcomes
- Experience of working in a banking environment and change projects
- Evidence of strong communication and influencing skills
- Good verbal and written communication skills and experience in face to face presentation
- Advanced English to interact with other HSBC entities
