The Talent Acquisition Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the recruitment and onboarding processes within the Talent Acquisition department. This individual collaborates closely with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates to ensure a seamless and positive experience throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle. The role involves administrative tasks, communication, and coordination to ensure the organization's talent acquisition efforts are efficient, effective, and aligned with company goals.

WHAT WILL YOU DO
- Post job openings on various job boards and company career websites.
- Screen incoming resumes and applications to identify potential matches.
- Assist in sourcing candidates through online platforms and databases.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS.
- Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and other pre-employment requirements.
- Generate offer letters and manage offer acceptance documentation.
- Manage and organize recruitment-related documents, ensuring compliance with data protection regulations.
- Assist in creating and updating job descriptions and recruitment materials.
- Liaise with hiring managers and recruiters to ensure a clear understanding of role requirements and candidate profiles.
- Assist in generating recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and performance.
- Analyze data to identify trends, areas for improvement, and potential bottlenecks in the recruitment process.
- Collaborate with the HR team to facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure that new hire paperwork, orientation materials, and training schedules are prepared in advance.

Requirements
YOU HAVE...
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships with candidates, colleagues, and hiring teams.
- Basic understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Prior experience as a recruitment coordinator, HR assistant, or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with various sourcing techniques and strategies.
- Knowledge of employer branding and its role in attracting top talent.
- Experience with data analysis and reporting tools.
- Experience sending job offers.
