Responsibilities
- Own, monitor, maintain above target, and improve customer satisfaction KPI
- Create and implement initiatives to drive customer satisfaction, increase case quality, increase efficiency and boost team productivity
- Take overall responsibility for ensuring an exceptional customer experience in terms of delivery
- Work with trainers and SMEs to create and implement training plans
- Track and ensure the correct usage and report of time tracking tools
Requirements
- At least 3+ years in leadership positions as Service Delivery Manager
- Experience in supervision and development in teams of +30 software engineer specialists
- Good understanding of SLAs, SLOs, SLIs, and other key relevant metrics and concepts
- Understanding of cloud technologies usage and implementation (GCP preferred)
- Fluency in English (C1 according to the CEFR)
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Software development processes and methodologies
- Experience in evaluating theoretical knowledge and practical (on-the-job) skills
- Ability to understand financial aspects of project: Cost, Revenue, Loss, etc
