Relevant experience of 7 to 10 years, preferably in IT Industry
Agile Methodology: Expertise in iterative development, user story creation, active participation in Agile ceremonies, and fostering collaboration within cross-functional teams to deliver value incrementally.
SAFe Methodology (Good to know): Understanding the principles of the Scaled Agile Framework and aligning business requirements with the SAFe framework to ensure successful large-scale Agile implementations.
Project Management: Ability to create and manage project plans. Knowledge of project management tools like Azure DevOps, JIRA etc.
Reporting: SQL Knowledge- Basic understating of querying databases for data analysis.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to convey complex information in a clear and understandable manner.
Interpersonal Skills: Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders. Should be able to collaborate and work with team.
Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements, willingness to learn new technologies and methodologies.
Documentation: Ability to create clear and comprehensive documents like BRD, FRD, NFRD, User Stories, Workflow diagrams, Data flow diagrams, System design documents etc.
Tools: Knowledge of following tools
Must Know: Azure DevOps, Microsoft Teams, Office Productivity Tools(MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint for documentation, data analysis, presentation and communication), Burndown Charts and Velocity Tracking tools, retrospective tools
Good to Know: JIRA, SSMS, Vision, Pencil, Draw.io, Power BI, SharePoint
