We are looking for IT Specialist Support to join our Team!

Be a key member of the Solutions IT Support team working with other IT teams within a global environment. Support end users of various Transportation Management System (TMS) applications. Troubleshoot end user configuration issues and application errors.

Requirements:

• Availability of schedule Full Time 08:00 - 17:00
• Bachelor's degree or above in IT, business administration, logistics or a similar discipline
• Minimum 5 years of work experience
• Work in a team or independently
• Be willing to work flexible hours as and when required to meet customer demands
• Document KCS articles in ServiceNow for Service Desk and Confluence for own support
• Analyze incidents and create problems management tasks (ITIL)
• Report development tasks related to technical debt on VFT to the VFT development process
• Have experience with IT support applications (ServiceNow preferred).
• Have the ability to learn technical concepts quickly with a strong sense of urgency
• Have enthusiasm for working in a fast paced, rapidly changing environment
• Be a creative problem solver, who is passionate about innovation and customer experience.
• Have strong written and oral communication skills
• Can deal with ambiguity, work with minimum supervision.
