The Master Data (MDM) Administrator is responsible for receiving, analyzing, and processing supplier or customer master data. This is a great opportunity for detail-oriented individuals with strong communication skills who want to join a global team supporting a multinational company. The role involves working with various ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle), troubleshooting, and developing business, technical, and interpersonal skills.

Your profile:

• 5 years of relevant experience with Master Data mangement
• Educational background in Business, IT, or Supply Chain
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal English communication (interviews are completely speaking in English)
• Accuracy of master data
• Knowledge of key master data fields such as payment terms, tax data, addresses, banking details, etc.
• ERP experience (e.g., SAP, Oracle)

Your activities:

• Handle master data requests within deadlines
• Respond to master data requests and inquiries within the agreed timeline
• Provide input and ensure accuracy of monthly reports (KPI, audit) as necessary
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Collaborate with business and IT teams
• Contribute to monthly reports and KPIs
• Working closely with business and IT to assure alignment of master data rules
