Global Finance Specialist

About de role

Support the harmonization and simplification of finance processes globally with focus on digitalizing and automating the end-to-end processes to realize efficiencies for finance operations.

Key responsibilities

• Identify new potential areas for Process improvements
• Participate in projects related to implementation of process improvements and system implementations
• Support in roll-out of new releases - testing, evaluation and modification of local procedures
• Support with improvement opportunities and to drive continuous improvement, optimization and automation of process
• Drive or participate small to complex projects

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related (Master degree is desirable)
• Fluent in English
• Expertise in Finance processes (5+ years) in Order to Cash, Purchase to Pay, Record to Report, Controlling, Tax etc.),
• Understanding of current and future Corporate Finance Processes, Concepts and Systems.
• Knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), or country-specific
• Strong knowledge of Financial Systems, ERP software such SAP .
• Use Microsoft Office products
• Technical knowledge from process design, process development & process mapping tool (as Visio)
• Certified Lean or Six Sigma certification, project management Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma Methodologies, Tools (Microsoft project, GPM2)
