Details of the role:
We are seeking a Mid-Level Change Management Consultant to join our team and support effective implementation of organizational change initiatives. This role is essential in developing and executing change management strategies that drive employee adoption and minimize resistance. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with project teams and stakeholders, providing insights and resources to help ensure smooth transitions aligned with project goals.
Location: Onsite - San Pedro Garza Garcia, Nuevo Leon.

Key responsibilities:
• Develop and implement change management strategies and plans tailored to specific project goals.
• Conduct impact assessments, stakeholder analyses, and change readiness assessments to inform strategic planning.
• Identify and manage potential risks and issues related to change initiatives to ensure smooth transitions.
• Create and implement communication plans and materials that effectively support change initiatives.
• Provide coaching and support to project teams and key stakeholders to promote successful adoption.
• Monitor and report on the progress of change initiatives, offering insights to optimize outcomes.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of change management strategies and recommend improvements where needed.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align change management activities with project goals.
Required Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in change management, organizational development, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• English Language Proficiency.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments.
• Familiarity with project management processes; project management experience is a plus.

• Strong adaptability and resilience in managing evolving project needs.
• Team-oriented mindset, with excellent collaboration skills across various departments.
• Effective time management to prioritize and meet project deadlines.
