Workplace Experience Associate
What this job involves: Serves as the primary point of contact for employees and visitors in our modern, flexible office environment. This role combines elements of reception, facilities management, and workplace experience to create a welcoming, productive, and efficient workspace.

We are currently seeking a dynamic individual for the role of Workplace Experience Associate to join our team:
- Location: Paseo de La Reforma, Cuauhtemoc, CDMX
- Work schedule: Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm
- Work model: On Site
What is your day to day?
- Greet and direct employees, clients, and visitors
- Manage the reception area, including phone and email inquiries
- Oversee meeting room bookings and setup
- Coordinate with facilities management on maintenance and repairs
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Assist with organizing workplace events and activities
- Provide basic IT support and escalate complex issues
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collect and act on employee feedback regarding workplace experience
- Maintain a clean and organized office environment
Desired experience and technical skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years in customer service, hospitality, or office management
- Fluent English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and workplace management software
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of modern workplace trends and technologies
- Experience with flexible workspace or coworking environments
- Familiarity with smart building technologies
- Event planning experience
- Basic understanding of facilities management principles
