HR Generalist

We are seeking a proactive and well-rounded HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This role is key in supporting a wide range of human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, benefits administration, compliance, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in HR practices, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Support the full recruitment cycle: job postings, screening resumes, interviewing candidates, and coordinating hiring logistics.
  • Facilitate a seamless onboarding experience to ensure new hires are effectively integrated into the company culture and operations.

2. Employee Relations

  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for employee inquiries and concerns.
  • Address and resolve workplace issues, supporting a respectful and inclusive work environment in line with company policies.

3. Performance Management

  • Assist in managing the performance review process, including scheduling evaluations, gathering feedback, and tracking progress.
  • Collaborate with managers to identify development areas and support performance improvement plans.

4. Compensation & Benefits

  • Administer and communicate employee benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
  • Contribute to compensation benchmarking, salary reviews, and internal equity assessments.

5. HR Compliance & Administration

  • Ensure adherence to all applicable labor laws and internal HR policies.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date employee records and assist in generating HR-related reports and analytics.

6. Training & Development

  • Coordinate learning and development opportunities aligned with business goals and compliance needs.
  • Partner with department heads to identify skill gaps and recommend appropriate training solutions.

7. Employee Engagement

  • Support initiatives that foster employee satisfaction, motivation, and retention.
  • Assist in planning and executing events, recognition programs, and culture-building activities.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of hands-on HR experience, preferably in a generalist role.
  • Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • High level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive information.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and HRIS or other HR management tools.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
