Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding:
- Oversee full-cycle recruitment for operational, administrative, and leadership roles.
- Implement structured onboarding programs and ensure a smooth transition for new employees.
- Design, update, and maintain job descriptions and organizational charts in coordination with department heads.
Training & Development:
- Assess organizational training needs and design development plans for all levels.
- Implement and monitor technical, safety, leadership, and soft-skills training.
- Manage training records and evaluate program effectiveness using SAP SuccessFactors or equivalent.
Employee Relations & HR Operations:
- Provide guidance and resolution in employee relations matters, disciplinary actions, and workplace investigations.
- Ensure compliance with Mexican labor law and company policies.
- Support performance management cycles, including appraisals, talent reviews, and succession planning.
Compensation & Benefits Administration:
- Coordinate payroll processes in collaboration with Finance.
- Manage benefits administration, including IMSS, Infonavit, vacations, and bonuses.
- Analyze labor metrics such as turnover, absenteeism, and compensation benchmarking.
Documentation, Compliance & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate employee records in HR systems and physical files.
- Prepare and present HR reports and dashboards for local management and corporate headquarters.
- Participate in audits and ensure compliance with internal and external regulatory requirements.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–6 years of progressive HR experience, ideally in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience managing multiple HR functions, including recruitment, training, employee relations, and compensation.
- Proficiency with SAP SuccessFactors or similar HRIS platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law and HR compliance standards.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent English communication skills (written and spoken).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
