• About the Role:

We are currently seeking a full-time, on-site Recruitment Specialist based in Monterrey, N.L. The Recruitment Specialist will play a key role in managing the end-to-end hiring process, from sourcing and interviewing to onboarding. You will work closely with internal teams to understand hiring needs and provide a top-tier candidate experience.

• Key Responsibilities:

Develop, facilitate, and implement the recruitment process in alignment with business goals.

Collaborate with stakeholders to define role requirements and candidate profiles.

Source candidates through various channels, including job boards and social media (Instagram, Facebook, OCC, Indeed, etc.).

Manage job postings and proactively build talent pipelines.

Screen applications, conduct interviews, and coordinate on-site interview schedules.

Handle documentation and ensure timely completion of new hire paperwork.

Maintain and update the candidate database.

Support new hire training and onboarding processes.

Deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.

• Qualifications:

Proven experience in recruiting, interviewing, and hiring.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.

Familiarity with recruitment software/tools is a plus.

Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
