This role includes conducting interviews, administering tests, presenting job offers, and managing the onboarding process. You will be responsible for meeting recruitment goals, participating in sourcing activities, and contributing to team projects and initiatives.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
· Conducts initial interviews and select candidates
· Administer tests and assists in presenting job offer contract
· Prepares daily/weekly reports based on function and need
· Achieves recruitment goals and targets
· Participate in recruitment and sourcing activities
· Participate in projects and/or initiatives within or outside the team
Candidate Requisitions and Offers: 50% of work time
a. Manage the job requisition process (open and close hiring requisitions) and monitor for compliance.
b. Extend job offers
· Move candidates to hire requisition
· Determine training and production schedules & record on training spreadsheet
· Build offer letter
· Initiate pre-employment background checks and drug testing as appropriate
· Collect and process new-hire onboarding documentation
c. Review on-line welcome site and assist in answering candidate questions
d. Use the Applicant Tracking System to appropriately and accurately track candidate progress in the applicant tracking system as they progress through the hiring process.
Minimum Job Requirements (Education, Experience, Skills):
· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
· At least 2 years' experience in volume hiring recruitment in a BPO setting.
· English proficiency level B2/C1
· Full availability (45 weekly hours, available to cover on site schedule 1 Saturday per month)
· With demonstrable track record in achieving targets
· Service and customer-focused (external and internal customers)
· Multi-tasking and effective management of real-time performance and multiple demands
· Analytical and detail oriented
· Problem solver
· Strong potential for exercising fair and good judgment
· Computer literate: skilled in using MS Office
· Strong command of English both oral and written
· Highly organized. Able to handle multiple requirements
· Team Player. Flexible and adaptable to change
Working Conditions and Environment:
Incumbent works in a temperature-controlled office environment. Incumbent sits at a desk during regularly scheduled work hours; answers and makes telephone calls using a standard telephone; types on a standard keyboard; reads and comprehends information from a computer terminal and/or written resources.
