As an HR Generalist for the Americas region, you will play a key role in ensuring the accurate and timely execution of core HR processes, including onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, HRIS data management, and reporting. This position is critical to delivering a seamless employee experience and supporting operational excellence across the US and Mexico.
Responsibilities
- Support the development of best-in-class onboarding processes by reducing manual tasks, simplifying procedures, and driving operational efficiency.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of onboarding, payroll reports, benefits, bonus payouts, severances, and other employee-related payments.
- Maintain and update employee data across HRIS, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems.
- Prepare and deliver fixed and ad hoc reports, including monthly, yearly, and on-demand analyses.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers, providing support via phone and email.
- Collaborate with HR, Finance, and other departments to ensure alignment with corporate initiatives and seamless process integration.
- Support internal and external audits related to payroll and ensure compliance with relevant policies and regulations.
- Coordinate monthly payments and deductions, and assist with onboarding activities for new hires.
Required skills and experience
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in an HR-related role.
- Proficient in HRIS system, with a strong understanding of payroll, time & attendance, and benefits processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both the local language and English, along with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, and Outlook).
- Detail-oriented and highly accurate, with a proactive, solution-focused mindset and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills, with a strategic approach to process improvement and the ability to meet tight deadlines in a team-oriented environment.
- Customer-focused, with a collaborative attitude and a commitment to delivering high-quality service.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Business related.
- 100% proficient in English.
