Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Human Resources.
- In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law.
- Advanced conversational English.
- Proactive and results-oriented.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process.
- Coordinate and ensure the proper delivery of work supplies, such as laptops and other equipment.
- Manage and oversee pre-hire activities such as coordinating forms, applications, and offer letters.
- Define process improvements.
- Solid knowledge of payroll, labor relations, and privacy notices.
- Conduct and manage exit interviews to identify areas for improvement.
- Monitor and record incidents, including absences and leaves.
- Stay updated on and ensure compliance with the Federal Labor Law.
- Stay updated on Official Mexican Standards (NOM-035).
- Maintain contact with other areas of the company.
