We're hiring a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team in Hexaware Technologies.
Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
Sourcing Candidates: Utilize job boards, social media platforms, professional networks, and other channels to identify and source qualified candidates.
Screening & Interviewing: Conduct initial screenings, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers to assess candidates.
Employer Branding: Promote the company's employer brand to attract high-quality candidates and enhance the organization's reputation in the job market.
Job Postings: Create and manage job postings across multiple platforms to ensure visibility and reach.
Onboarding: Collaborate with HR teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Skills and Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (desirable).
Language: English B2 or above.
Experience: Proven experience in high-volume hiring or BPO/Call Center recruitment (typically 2-3 years).
Technical Skills:
Familiarity with sourcing tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and social media platforms.
Soft Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Analytical mindset to assess candidate fit and recruitment metrics.
Knowledge: Understanding of labor laws, diversity hiring practices, and employer branding strategies.
Work modality and working hours
Typically office-based.
Monday to Friday 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Benefits:
$17,000.00 MXN - $20,000.00 MXN base salary
15 days of vacation for the first year.
