Collaborate with Intugo and our business partner, a Landscape Company with successful landscape brands in five states across the central and western United States, they are looking for a dynamic and resourceful Recruiter with 2–3 years of in-house recruiting experience in construction, landscaping, or similar blue-collar fields.

Profile:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field (preferred).
• 2–3 years of in-house recruiting experience in construction, landscaping, or other blue-collar/field-based industries.
• At least 1 year of experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, sales, or administrative roles.

Core Skills:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) – Strong communication skills in both languages are essential.
• High-volume recruiting experience with a demonstrated ability to juggle multiple open roles.
• Familiarity with ATS or HRIS systems; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially MS Excel.
• Strong sourcing abilities .
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, follow-up, and attention to detail.
• Proven ability to build quick rapport with both candidates and hiring managers.
• Highly organized and self-driven—able to work independently while staying aligned with team objectives.

· Comfortable adapting to shifting priorities and responding with urgency when needed

What You'll Do:

• Manage 7–15 open requisitions at any given time
• Source and engage top talent using creative and proactive strategies
• Build strong, fast relationships with candidates and hiring managers
• Communicate effectively to keep hiring timelines on track
• Own the full-cycle recruitment process from sourcing to offer

· Base salary $24000 monthly gross

· Performance bonus $4000 monthly
