Descripcion Cliente y Vacante Randstad, HR and administrative Consulting Services Company is looking for an:IT RECRUITEROur recruiter should be keen to have daily contact IT candidates, he/she should have business acumen and a great customer service attitude and should be committed to exceeding assigned quotas. Responsabilidades o actividades: Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
Meet weekly quotas related to calls and hirings. Requisitos o experiencia: At least 3 years of experience in IT collar positions recruitment and selection (end to end)
Experience recruiting for manufacturing enterprises is a must. If you have experience in Technology consulting companies or in Manufacturing Enterprises it would be great!!
