As an Agent Talent Acquisition Supervisor at our beautiful new recruiting hub in the heart of Mexico City! You'll lead, develop, and inspire a team of high-volume recruiters, guiding them to source, hire, and onboard top talent while fostering a productive and supportive culture. Your leadership will ensure the recruitment team meets graduation goals and creates an exceptional candidate experience that aligns with our company's values.
In this role, you'll mentor and coach your team, providing the tools and encouragement they need to excel. · Ensure compliance with existing best practices, market specific legal requirements.
· Perform regular performance evaluations & coach poor performing and bring them into compliance with best practices.
· Maintain a positive, productive, and enriching work environment for team.
· Prepare daily, weekly, monthly and adhoc team reports as needed.
· Provides coaching and development to talent acquisition staff.
· Consults with site leadership to support requests for new positions or backfills in agent roles.
· Provides direction in marketing and advertising approved positions either internally and/or externally as desired.
· Adheres to recruiting budget for sites.
· Conducts screening for candidates to ensure they meet minimum requirements of the position.
· Builds a talent pipeline of candidates for future needs.
· Assist with onboarding of new hire agents and recruiters.
· Travel as required.
· 2+ years of experience in full cycle recruiting
· 2+ years of experience handling confidential employee information
· 2+ years recruiting call center or customer service personnel.
· 2+ years experience supervising two or more employees performing recruiting functions.
· 1+ years of experience working with iCIMS Talent Acquisition system.
