As a Talent Acquisition Analyst your focus will be on partnering with various stakeholder groups to create effective hiring strategies for current or forecast vacancies within your area of responsibility. As a trusted, consultative partner, you will build and optimize client relationships through excellence in recruitment process delivery including sourcing, screening and assessing candidates, while simultaneously helping guide your stakeholders through the recruitment process. Providing high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness in both client and candidate facing activities, you will consultatively manage the end to end recruitment process whilst being a subject matter expert around applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.
Key Accountabilities
In this role you will:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for technical, scientific, and corporate roles within the pharmaceutical industry.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand critical roles and define effective talent acquisition strategies.
- Design and implement sourcing strategies using platforms like LinkedIn, job fairs, and professional networks.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and coordinate technical assessments.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment reports.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects in TA.
Skills & Experience
To succeed in this role you will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment within the pharmaceutical, biotech, or life sciences sectors.
- Strong understanding of technical roles such as R&D, Regulatory Affairs, QA/QC, Medical Affairs, Manufacturing, etc.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, etc.).
- Be fluent to a business proficiency level (both written and oral) in English
