Learning and Development Intern (PRACTICANTE CON INGLES CONSERSACIONAL)

Objective

Provide support in the analysis of qualification results and assistance of technical programs and trainings.

Main Responsibilities

· Monitoring and creation of LMS programs for timely recording of training hours and indicators.

· Analysis of training results

· Support in instructional design

· Support in graduation event management

· Support in instructional design for maintenance personnel

Position Requirements

· Bachelor's degree student in Psychology, Administration, Engineering or similar.

· Advanced English strictly required

· Active Bachelor's degree student, not a graduate

· From to 1 to 2 years to graduate

· Availability to go office 3 days a week (Home office is provided the other 2 days)
