Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in HR are a plus.
Experience: 8+ years in a senior HR role, preferably within the food industry.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and manage complex HR projects.
Key Competencies: Strong communication, empathy, results-oriented mindset, and the ability to influence at all organizational levels.
Knowledge of Labor Law: Thorough understanding of Mexican labor laws and their application in personnel management.
