Intugo, in partnership with a global company based in California with operations in industries like Health, Legal, Automotive, and Travel, we are looking for a proactive and results-driven HR Generalist to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support recruitment, onboarding, and employee administration processes
• Handle employee relations and ensure compliance with labor regulations (IMSS, INFONAVIT, SAT)
• Oversee payroll vendor coordination and benefits tracking
• Assist with training, evaluations, and lifecycle documentation

Required Profile:

? Bachelor's degree in HR or related field (HR certification a plus)

? 2+ years of HR experience

? Strong knowledge of Mexican labor law

? Advanced English (mandatory)

? Excellent communication, organization, and attention to detail
