Main Tasks
- Set up, manage, and optimize digital ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) from initial setup to continuous improvement for the respective brands of MANN+HUMMEL, in close coordination with internal teams and external service providers.
- Implement hands-on adjustments to campaigns, optimizing targeting, bidding, ad copy, creatives, and placements daily to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS, making real-time adjustments for maximization of results.
- Conduct A/B testing on various campaign elements to refine strategies and improve performance.
- Take full ownership of campaign execution ensuring daily management and constant optimization.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance providing actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing improvements.
- Manage budgets effectively ensuring optimal allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
- Ensure compliance with platform policies and maintain high-quality standards for all campaigns.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, content, brand, marketing) to ensure campaigns align with broader marketing objectives of respective brands of MANN+HUMMEL:
- Ensuring compliance with the global paid media infrastructure, guidelines, governance, and standards for executing campaigns across business units and regions.
Your Profile
EXPERIENCE:
- 2+ years Proven experience in hands-on campaign setup and optimization across Meta, LinkedIn, and Google Ads. Ideally within globally operating B2B company.
- Education: Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE :
- Analytical skills with a proven ability to use data-driven insights to make campaign adjustments.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, retargeting, and audience segmentation strategies.
- Strong proficiency with ad platforms such as Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and Google Ads.
- Solid knowledge of how to bring a brand strategy to life through paid media communication.
- Experience with content management systems (e.g., AEM), web analytics, and media tools (e.g., Sprinklr), as well as basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer skills
- Certifications from Meta Blueprint, LinkedIn Marketing Labs, and Google Ads Academy are preferred.
- Languages: Fluent in English (C1+), knowledge of French is a advantage
- Competencies: Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills, self-starter with strong motivation and goal-oriented mindset, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, team player with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
