At Infinix LATAM, part of Transsion Holdings, we are looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist with proven experience in performance marketing to lead, manage, and optimize paid acquisition campaigns across key platforms including TikTok Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns on TikTok, Meta, and Google
Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and take action based on data insights
Run A/B tests across creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies
Collaborate with creative teams to deliver high-performing short-form video ads (TikTok, Reels)
Stay up-to-date with digital advertising trends, formats, and platform updates
Explore and test new acquisition channels when relevant
Requirements:
Proven experience in running paid performance campaigns
Advanced English (reading, writing, comprehension)
Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset
Up-to-date knowledge of digital platforms and social media trends
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or related field
