Talent Acquisition Social Media & Content Creator

Location: Hybrid | Occasional Travel | Full-Time

A BRIEF OVERVIEW

In this role, you'll create engaging visual and written content to support our hiring efforts across job boards and social media platforms. You'll help us attract top talent by bringing our brand to life through posts, videos, and campaigns that make an impact.

YOUR DAY-TO-DAY

• Manage content for job boards and social media channels
• Collaborate with recruiters and leadership to translate hiring needs into engaging visual/written content
• Create and edit video content and design materials for internal and external recruitment efforts
• Schedule posts, track engagement, and adjust content strategy based on performance
• Support recruitment and employer branding events with content and digital coverage
• Analyze results and propose optimizations for future campaignsTrack post engagement and suggest improvements to increase reach and effectiveness.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE!

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (preferred)
• 6+ months of experience managing social media content or job boards
• Basic knowledge of recruitment or previous experience in Talent Acquisition
• Skills in CapCut, Canva, Illustrator, Photoshop or similar tools
• Strong writing and creative thinking skills (B2 English level preferred)
• Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
• Comfortable presenting ideas and working cross-functionally
• Open to hybrid work model and occasional travel
