GENERAL SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Marketing Assistant will support administrative activities for marketing and distributor experiential activities.
Additionally, will collaborate on suppliers, A&P administrative control, material control for external events, update and organize contacts of distributors and track payments.
This includes but is not limited to the following activities to support the strategy:
· Trade show coordination & execution support (Face to Face)
o LAC Kickoff
o Exhibitions branding Ansell (ExpoSafety- Expo Medical)
· ECBE Training (contract and organization)
· Webinars' organization (IND + MED)
· Marketo Intermediate knowledge to execute various strategies
· Lead management for Marketing Campaigns
· Support T2 partners in Marketing activities
RESPONSIBILITIES & SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES
Contribute to America's growth strategy with the aim of improving the overall customer experience Trade show
Coordination & execution support (Face to Face) & LAC Kickoff
· Coordinate Trade Shows and material for the events
· Quote and negotiation prices of booths dresses, special souvenirs, and services during trade shows
· Coordinate LAC Kick Off event for the Region (Agenda, Location, Budget, etc.) Training Coordination (ECBE – BP training)
· Administration of marketing data base of Chemical End Users and Distributors in Mex & Olac to actively send invitations to the ECBE trainings
· Coordinate together with sales captains the event organization
· Quote and negotiation of services (food, speakers, extras) Webinars
· Organize with Sales Captains and digital team monthly webinars for Industrial and 2 per year for Medical (select topics, review content, work on assets for promotion, arrange any payment and send invitations)
· Train speakers on the usage of ON24 platform
· Generate a final report of assistants and some others
· Nurturing and administrate webinar assistants' data base for new invitations
· Set and assign possible leads generated on salesforce
· Coordinate webinars with distributors (when they require)
· Responsible for set actions to increase qualified assistants' numbers Marketo software effectively manage to set different communication objectives
- Will need to get a “Marketo Software” Admin certification -
· Regionalize content issued by the GBUs for Internal & External distribution
· Create monthly e-mails for Sales Captains, PPM's Information, Strategic Accounts, Sustainability, New Products, After Sales and some other relevance topics for commercial team (Internal & External distribution)
· Create Landing Pages for different objectives to support digital communication team
· Responsible for Marketo reports and programs
· Responsible for Nurture campaigns to support movement of inside sales leads on hold.
· Administration and update of Data Bases (end users, verticals, distributors, etc.) in Mex & Olac for a flawless Marketo Campaigns execution.
Responsible to set actions to increase open rate % internal and external Lead management
Create Industrial and Medical Marketing Campaigns in Marketo and Salesforce (for Mex, Olac, Col.) to set Social Media Campaigns flow and success measurement
Responsible of the correct campaign's information flow (Social media channel-Marketo-SalesForce) to avoid any lead lost
Set leads obtained in tradeshows in Sales Force
Work together with Inside Sales Team an Sales Team Managers to correctly set the progress of an assigned led in sales force to get the real campaign KPI
Work together with Inside Sales Lead Manager and the Marketing lead member collaborate and align on the strategies required to meet or exceed sales targets.
Support T2 Marketing activities
Being contact of selected T2 partners to support them on marketing activities (Digital and traditional) General administrative support for marketing and sales operations
· A&P administrative control
Education
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related business area
Job Experience
· College Degree in Marketing or Business.
