ResponsibilitiesWorkflow Development: - Designed and implemented scalable marketing and sales workflows using tools like Clay, Zapier, and HubSpot.
- Automate inbound and outbound campaigns, including lead collection, enrichment, and personalized follow-ups.
- Work closely with the technical team to optimize workflows and ensure seamless operations.
Campaign Management: - Develop data-driven outbound campaigns targeting high-potential audiences using buyer intent signals.
- Leverage AI tools for personalization and segmentation to optimize engagement and conversion rates
Tech Stack Integration: - Integrate CRMs, email platforms, and marketing tools into seamless, automated systems.
- Analyze CRM data and maintain effective communication on Slack to address client needs.
Content Strategy & Creation: - Collaborate on crafting compelling copy for email campaigns, LinkedIn messages, and marketing assets.
- Execute content-driven campaigns that address buyer pain points and align with their goals.
Performance Analysis: - Monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement.
- Conduct workflow audits to recommend and implement process enhancements.
Requirements - Proven experience in managing client campaigns and implementing lead-generation strategies.
- Expertise with tools such as Clay, HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Zapier.
- Experience with CRMs, particularly HubSpot, is required.
- Perfect written English and strong client interaction skills for a client-facing role.
- Familiarity with U.S. marketing or agency environments is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of prompt engineering and AI-driven marketing strategies.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data insights into actionable improvements.
- Familiarity with B2B SaaS industries is a plus.
- Proactive attitude, problem-solving abilities, and a passion for delivering results.
Benefits - Salary Range: $2,000 - $3,000 per month, depending on experience.
- Schedule: Flexible working hours based on EST (9-5).
