121 is looking for a Senior Account Executive, passionate about customer service and marketing, about creating solutions to interesting problems, and about delivering the right results at the right time. You will be responsible for managing Fortune 500 companies including statuses, conference calls, daily communication, face-to-face results reviews, general support, and troubleshooting. You will take initiative to develop new opportunities within the account and work in a fast-paced environment. You'll need to be hyper-organized, even-tempered, respectful and willing, and able to communicate and collaborate with a team of super-talented people.
The Right Fit.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication or related.
- Proficiency in English.
- 2 to 5 years of experience in international customer support (EU/MX preferably) by phone call and/or e-mail,
YOUR DAY-TO-DAY:
Account Management
- Develop creative briefs based on client/agency input and manage projects in accordance with agency procedures.
- Project execution.
- Evaluate copy, layout/artwork, and media plans and productions materials and make suggested revisions in keeping with agreed-upon strategies.
- Provide effective/timely communications to agency staff, clients, outside vendors through conference reports, status, emails, etc.
- Keep senior management fully informed of account activity and opportunities
Customer Service
- Share Strategic POV's regarding client business initiatives vs. “executing” materials.
- Lead meetings (internal and client) and deliver presentations.
- Use the phone and email daily to interact with clients.
Strategic Thought Leadership
- Assist in analyzing results, drawing conclusions, and developing strategic documents and proposals.
- Understand the big picture as well as the details and contribute suggestions, new ideas and recommendations to supervisors and agency management.
- Develop strategic insights on the client's business/industry and objectives.
- Develop understanding of how various marketing disciplines can best work together to support client goals.
